MODX3 Project - Week 19

Nearly everything for MODX 2.7 is merged and we're getting to a final build. We're working on the last pull request for the MODX3 design. That will be the first (finished) version of the design, which is then ready for testing.

While we've fallen behind on the reporting here at MODX.today, the MODX3 team has continued to push out weekly updates with what's happening with the MODX of the future. The latest MODX3 Status Report, about week 17, includes more screenshots (and videos!) of the MODX3 design and new features.
