Not everyone lurks on GitHub all the time to keep up with what's going on in MODX3, so there are 2 important breaking changes I want to share with you today that may affect upgrades to 3.0 a little further down the road. First of all, dropping support for sqlsrv, and secondly that custom core paths are no longer possible.

In a month from now, the team at modmore will stop actively supporting MODX Revolution 2.2. New features and improvements in their products will be targeting at least version 2.3 as of July 16th.
